Paris, September 17, 2025: Founded at the end of 2024, Agema is an independent financial advisory firm specializing in fundraising and asset-backed financing. The firm takes a new step forward by welcoming Adrien de Rufz as Partner. Adrien previously worked at Eight Advisory, where he advised investment funds and corporates on structuring asset-backed financing solutions. A specialist in short-term financing, he began his career as a financing broker before joining KPMG Restructuring (now Interpath) and subsequently Eight Advisory.
With this appointment, Agema is expanding its service offering by creating a new business line dedicated to factoring and securitization.
Over the course of his career, Adrien has completed more than 200 transactions with an aggregate volume exceeding €2 billion. His experience at KPMG enabled him to build strong expertise in IFRS standards, allowing him to structure international and off-balance sheet (non-recourse) financings in more than 25 countries, particularly across Europe and North America, in sectors such as industry, automotive, and business services. Highly active in restructuring assignments as well, Adrien brings to Agema a unique skillset and a robust network among European banking institutions.
